In D10 some core theme like, bartik, seven, stable moved to contrib folder. Due to this changes now templates provide by this module is not rendering. So if someone choosed custom field tags and classes by Fences field formator, they will not render.

since some core themes moved to contrib folder, in D10, changing the condition to "override templates only if not already overrided by default theme"
use patch 3410963.patch, should fix the issue
