Remove the -multiple theme hook suggestion

Over in #1333000: Remove all wrappers around title and content we ended up simplifying all the templates so that the single value and multi-value field templates had the same markup. So we removed all the -multiple template files, but fences continues to add a -multiple theme hook suggestion if the field being rendered has multiple values.

We need to better document the purpose of the -multiple theme hook suggestion.
