Please create new official release? [#2923535]

Hi there! It's been more than 2 years since the last release, and so there are many fixes and updates in the dev branch that we need to make things work. Would you please consider drawing a line with what's done so far and pushing out a new 7.x official release? This will help us separate some of the stuff that tested and true from some of the stuff that maybe needs more vetting/testing in the dev branch.

Unfortunately, there is no active maintainer for the D7 version of Feeds Tamper at the moment. I have privileges to create a new release, but I haven't investigated the stuff that has been added to the dev version yet. I would like to do so, but the D8 version of Feeds has more priority for me now.

If you make me a maintainer, I'll do this and maybe look at some D7 bugs while I'm at it :)

I've made you co-maintainer now. Welcome on board! It would be good to check a few issues before creating a new release indeed. I had planned to give #2852921: 2nd Temporary Target shows as "Missing" a final review and then commit it, but did not came to that yet. Maybe you want to check that one too before creating a new release?
