Required plugin not working with Explode plugin in same feed

I have feed importer to populate content with taxonomy term and some of items in it dont have one. I dont want to import those items (and dont want to create taxonomy term without name on import), so i used Required plugin. It worked - items were not imported, only taxonomies with names were created.

After that, i used Explode plugin on another mapping (not related to first in any way except its in same feed importer). And now, when Explode is active, even items with empty Required mappings are imported. (When i disable Explode plugin, everything works again).
