Entity errors when importing with node processor.

Hi

I am seeing this for every feed item imported with node processor.

Undefined property: stdClass::$uid in DrupalDefaultEntityController->cacheGet() (line 377 of includes/entity.inc).
Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$uid in DrupalDefaultEntityController->load() (line 216 of /includes/entity.inc).

Couldn't find duplicate issues so I went ahead and created this one.
