Auto-create terms option not displaying in IE

If you can't see a way to import/auto-create terms, it may be your browser.

In my mapping settings, when I map Categories to Tags and save, it then creates an option to "Search taxonomy terms by:" with an icon of a gear just below. When I click the gear I get a drop-down selector to choose Term Name, Term ID or GUID.

When I am using Firefox or Chrome I ALSO get (just below the drop-down) a check box to select to "Create the term if it doesn't exist." When I am using IE 10 I only get the drop-down option - I do not get the check box option.
