Problem/Motivation

Coming from #2697865-2: Showing all features regardless of bundle.

When the default bundle is selected, all features (from all bundles) are listed.

This is incorrect, since non-default bundles should not be edited or regenerated except via their corresponding bundles.

It also means there is no way to see a list of un-bundled features, only ones specifically assigned to bundles and then all at once. You can infer the unbundled Features by elimination but this is tedious in a large build.
