In features.test, make sure module_enable calls are successful

While testing features on a bare D7 install (just downloading Drupal 7 and Features), Features tests fail silently due to missing module dependencies for the features_test module (actually, not silently, there's a fatal error to undefined function taxonomy_features_api() because taxonomy didn't get enabled if features_test doesn't get enabled).
