Indentation with 4 spaces

Hi,
we have Features 2.7 and for some reason when exporting panelizer or pages we'll end up with indentation of 4 spaces instead of 2 and it is pain to revert before committing changes to git.

We do not have any custom code that could possibly cause this. Has anyone else encountered this? It started to happen just recently.
