What's up with this old issue?
Just changing the status without further comment does not really help.

Can you provide steps to reproduce? Does it depend on the browser, or on limitations from php.ini?

The issue was set to Active even though a patch was attached, and since the user said it was a hack, I set it to Needs Work rather than Needs Review. Didn't try it myself to verify, but was browsing the issue queue for something else and came across this issue that had a bad status.
