Token Integration is broken

Committed the initial port. Needs to convert the plugin's tokens.

Committed a complete fix to dev. However keeping the status as "needs work" because

1. Dunno how to change the plugin's token hooks, cause those functions are used in ctools plugin integration
2. So kept those names as of now, however dunno the impacts of these changes with ctools plugin definition (Anyway token integration needs to be ported, that's why committed this change)

Assigning this to Dinesh to look on the impacts, since he has pretty good knowledge on ctools plugin integration.
