we suddenly started facing this error , please suggest !

CurlException: 7: Failed to connect to graph.facebook.com port 443: No route to host

and with this nodes are not getting posted to FB.

Is anything related to this https://stackoverflow.com/questions/25131564/failed-to-connect-to-graph-... we can change in module or there is something we need to configure on server ?
