Uninstall is not removing the feature fields

Hello there,

Hope all is well. This module does not remove facebook fields on un-installation. As on complete uninstallation entity base tables deleted except fields table. If after complete un-installation we enabled it again we can not create facebook publication entities as giving pdo exception on field tables giving duplicate entity id. So please update install file to remove all the fields when uninstall.
