After disabling and re-enabling the modules, the publication types have no fields associated. I reinstalled the modules with devel and they still have no fields. Additionally, the fields are not available to add as existing fields.

brentratliff CreditAttribution: brentratliff commentedI think this is related to drush not being able to unlock the db tables during cron and cache clears. It also poses problems trying to clone the site in Aegir. I believe it's related to this issue: #2039271.

brentratliff CreditAttribution: brentratliff commentedIt looks like it may be fixed in Drupal 7.25 according to some of the issues in the core queues. I can't test it yet since I'm running on a Commerce platform based on 7.24.

this is old .. but a faced i similar situation today with having no fields available on type.. and going to Feature pages i saw that the autopost feature was overridden , and simply reverting restore all fields
