Just looking at code, I'm pretty sure this is fixed in .dev build. I'll make another numbered release soon.

I'll re-open this one since I'm too getting this on a brand new install, having tried both stable and dev releases of fb - Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$page_tab_url in fb_admin_app_page() (line 154 of sites/all/modules/fb/fb.admin.inc).
