This could also be an opportunity to document a "Pasture Condition Score" convention and provide it with this module (see https://farmos.discourse.group/t/documenting-conventions/1263).

I have a first pass of this in a 2.x-pcs branch of my fork here: https://github.com/mstenta/farm_nrcs/tree/2.x-pcs

It has two commits, both still marked as "work in progress". One adds a very simple quick form, and the other adds a NRCS:pasture-condition-score:1.0 convention document.
