Add asset reference field to input and harvest logs.
Change naming pattern for input and harvest logs to use asset field instead of planting field.
Remove field_farm_planting field instance definitions from harvest and input log types.
Migrate Planting field on Harvest and Input logs to Assets field.
Use the word "Areas" instead of "Area" or "area(s)".
