Multiupload file and image fields [#2879556]

Enable multi-upload file and image fields in farmOS using these module:

Notably, Drupal 8 includes this capability in core, so we won't need to worry about including these modules in farmOS 8.x-2.x (#2361735: [META] Map out Drupal 8 / farmOS 8.x-2.x Dependencies)
