"Hide non-narrowing results" leads to empty facets if "Keep hierarchy parents active" is not selected for hierarchical facets.

The processor needs to check for active children before removing a result. But this is not possible unless building the hierarchical tree is converted into processor that could be run before "Hide non-narrowing results". Currently the tree is build after the processor build stage.
