Hierarchical facets show fragments of inactive branches if result items are assigned to multiple branches

If you have a hierarchical taxonomy and assign terms from different branches to an entity, a hierarchical facet might show fragments of inactive branches when you filter by one branch.
This behaviour is hard to change based on the current architecture. Therefore I propose to offer a processor that filters these inactive branches.
