In addition, (for Apache sites) a little clarification: the Boost module DOES cache faceted search results. However, they're stored in the Boost cache using Faceted Search's "native" format: .../taxonomy:nnn. It appears that Boost (or, more accurately, .htaccess) cannot SERVE pages with the colon unencoded. These pages should be named as .../taxonomy%3Annn.
