The "Exclude specified items" filter is not working on a taxonomy terms based facets that have a hierachy unless the users select the option "Flatten Hierachy" in the facet's configuration.

Here is my setup:

Search API: 7.x-1.22
Facet API: 7.x-1.5
Search Api Solr: 7.x-1.12
Search Api Entity Translation: 7.x-2.0-alpha

Facet Widget: Links with checkbox
