Just this, I need to order the facets alphabetically. I tried checking:
"Indexed value" Sort by the raw value stored in the index.
but it didn't work.

How the sorting works is that it will start from the top of the table and apply the enabled sorts one at a time, so if you want to sort alphabetically you have to drag the "Display value" it to the top. I suggest using the "Display value" since the "Index value" could be something you don't expect like an integer causing a seemingly random sort.
