I got as far as getting an App ID and App Secret, but how do I get the Graph ID

It's the ID of the object you're trying to get a feed for ... if you need more help than that, please consult the facebook documentation.

For anyone who comes across this, the graph id is the same as the user id. Try https://findmyfbid.com/
