In the settings, the icon should only be for external links and mail

I try to roll back the version, because it is absolutely unacceptable.

downgrade to 8.1.3 fix the problem.

Confirmed this bug after latest update. Every link on the entire website is now marked as external.
Cache clear does not help.

Attached patch from #3 fixes it.

Please consider making a new release ASAP. Thanks!
