I wonder if this is a webserver setting, but I've not been able to track it down.

The JSON files that Exhibit Views creates (BTW, I am overly enamored of this tool) work great within my website, and pulling in Google Spreadsheets for Exhibit content is also working fine. But when I try to use the generated JSON file on another website (both in a plain-jane Exhibit HTML file and on another Drupal site with Exhibit also installed), it throws a syntax error.

Submitting the file to Simile-Widgets reveals that it's well formatted.

wgetting the file and using it locally for the plain-jane html exhibit works fine, but using the URL to that file as an external feed throws the same error. What is the likely root of this cause? I'm pretty sure it's not the module, but could be a problem for using the module to create data feeds for external consumption.

(no access or referrer restrictions on the data feed, I suspect a mime type gotcha?)
