Use Inline Entity Form for Where field [#3515268]

Inline Entity Form provides a better user experience for content creators. We should use it to allow the inline creation of locations.

Require the module and update the recipe to use it. Adding a new form mode called "Embedded" is advisable so we can simplify the form when embedded.
