After Accepting cookies (clicked on agree-button) popup keep coming when refresh the page or go to new page

Hi Team,

I had used Eu Cookies compliance module in our website (http://dec.org.uk/) but i am facing below problem.

when i click on accept cookies button or agree button popup disabled but when again log the page or goto another page i get cookies popup again.

i want cookies popup it should appear once on the first page they visit and once they've accepted it it shouldn't show again unless they're on another device.It only needs to stay on each page they visit if they've not initiated the 'got it' button. Essentially it'll be there reminding them until they've acted.

Can anyone please help us or provide suggestion .
