I tried to enable EU-Vat following the instructions at the Erpal Platform Docs
http://erpal-platform.readthedocs.io/en/latest/development/enable-euvat/

Result: No result - it simply doesn't work. The EU-VAT parameters are just ignored.
To be sure that I didn't made any mistake I repeated three times the instructions - but always the same - the VAT parameters still stay ignored by ERPAL platform -

Conclusion: Either the instructions are wrong or incomplete and some essential steps were forgotten to explain

Good catch, needs to be resolved indeed. But better not assign issues to yourself or nobody else will work at it.
