Missing total payable 'on order' and total payable 'on delivery'.

I'm sure most of the customers will find the use of the onorder / ondelivery on the quote/order/invoice confusing.
...mostly because on the quote/order/invoice there is no total currently payable.
So customers need to use a calculator to see what they need to pay on order, when there are multiple items on their order.
