It's great and I wanna to have it be installed on my local server. Tried several times, but I can not access to website after installation. Please refer to the picture.
Would you please advise if I missed anything important? What I should do to complete the installation.

it looks like you go to example.com/install.php but there is an installation already.
So either selected a database that already has a Drupal installation.
Or you just need to go to the page itself, not the installation page.
What happens when you click on "View your existing site" link?

When I click on "View your existing site" link, it stays on the page that as attached.
Even I enter the url by hand, "localhost/sitename", it also shows the same message.
By the way, it is my first time to install ERPAL platform, and I am sure the site's database is empty before installation.
