Remove / Uninstall Erpal from Drupal integration

I integrated Erpal with Drupal. Installed erpal-7.x-2.0-beta1-no-core through the modules section.

But for me it's all way too complex (just needed a good project time tracker), although Erpal itself looks great.

Unfortunately my index.php got messed up and now my frontpage gives a partial "page not found" ("/" cannot be found) and the superfish menu isn't shown. (but it is when logged in). I added a screenshot.

I would like to uninstall. Just removing the Erpal folder from ftp does not work. Then my complete page isn't reachable.
From the modules sections I cannot select the Erpal modules to uninstall them.

What to do?? Thanks in advance.....
