Issues have arisen from already-translated content and entity reference fields without translations. Translations must then be enabled for this entity reference field, resulting in already-translated content having a null value for this particular entity reference field. This module is intended for those who need to fix the resulting issue by synchronizing the original values.
REQUIREMENTS

This module requires Drupal Content Translation core module.
INSTALLATION
------------
Install the Entity Reference Field Translation Synchronize module as you would
typically install a contributed Drupal module.
Navigate to Administration > Extend and enable the Entity Reference Field Translate Synchronize module.
Visit https://www.drupal.org/node/1897420 for further information.
CONFIGURATION
--------------
- Navigate some entity field settings form and edit any entity reference field.
- Enable the "Users may translate this field" checkbox.
- Enable the "Synchronize existing translations with original value" in "Entity reference field translation synchronizes" fieldset.
- Optional - check the "Overwrite existing translated value with original value" checkbox. This option enables every existing entity reference value to resynchronize
- Save settings.
If multiple reference field synchronizations are required, go to
Administration > Config > Development > Entity Reference Field Translation
Synchronize and choose the Entity type, Bundle and fields you want to
synchronize. Optional - check the "Overwrite existing translated value with original
value" checkbox and submit form.
