Hi I am new to drupal 8. So I am just figuring it out as I go forward. I have a custom module that lists a set of countries. I want the urls to change based on environment change. So could you tell me the code for me to fetch the information from this module or a logic on how to do this?

This Environment Indicator module provides only indicator in the admin toolbar and in the favicon.
About your question, I think you should use Drupal multisiting or provide environments with the Domain Access module.
