VRF and content type filtering

I cannot figure out how to use Views Reference Filter in relation to content type filtering.

I have a node entity (A), which can be referenced by 3 other nodes belonging to 3 different content types. I need to create a list of content types NOT referencing node entity A.

Can I achieve this with VRF? Thanks for any suggestion.
