Drag reordering of entity reference fields seems a little clunky (slow to respond) in the node edit pages recently. I'm not sure if this is to do with recent updates to core or directly due to an entity reference field issue. Whereas if I go to reorder a taxonomy it performs without issue.

Drupal 7 Core doesn't have an entity reference module so I think we should move this to the contrib project for evaluation.
