The implementation of hook_option_list doesn't take care of the entities implementing the 'bundle of' mechanism (see entity.api.php http://www.drupalcontrib.org/api/drupal/contributions!entity!entity.api.... for more infos about 'bundle of').

The attached patch should fix this.
