Pass value of the entityreference field + GET current page

I have created an entityform with several entityrefence fields.
With the first entityrefrence field, I want pass the choosen value in the argument of the current page, and retrieve and reuse this value in the other entityreference fields.

What is the method to pass this first value in the GET of the page?
