Problem/Motivation

If the field is used in a view, it takes a few clicks to get the entity's usage statistic tab. With a link that opens a modal with the usage details, this would be more user friendly.

Proposed resolution

Add option to render the count a modal link with the route of the entity usage tab.

Seems you're right, but this one needs less configuration and attempts to fix the schema.yml.
