Orphaned Paragraph cleanup

This release includes several improvements on cleaning up orphaned composite entities (e.g. paragraphs) when deleting host entities, translations and revisions. Additionally, there is a manual cleanup process that will scan all referenced entities and delete revisions and entities that are no longer used.

Affected revision flag and other translation related improvements

This release fixes problems with correctly flagging translations as effected when there are only changes in an ERR field. There are still some known issues, see #3085967: Resolve additional issues with detecting affected revision status
