Steps to reproduce this issue -
1) Selected Entity form in block and placed it in content region
2) In block configuration, under Entity type , selection 'Eform Type'
3) Selected Bumdle as 'Eform Type'
4) Selected the 'Eform type' form for which block to be shown
5) Saved configuration
6) Block is not visible on page.

It works just fine. Please use "eForm submission" and not "eForm Type".
