Add a splash TAB to entity browser to increase usability

Hi slashrsm,

as promised at Milan DDD, I'll report to entity_browser the same feature request already proposed in the related issue:

"I manage a big Community website and my users use media browser to upload images and/or embedded video from youtube/vimeo in the website.

After months of observation I came to the conclusion that "common" people does not "see" the WEB tab that allow them to embed video from providers. The switching mechanism between TABS within the media browser apparently is not clear to the majority of users and they only use the first default "upload" tab in the media browser.

So I'm here to ask if an option to add a "splash TAB", the first that should be opened by default within mediabrowser, that simply show links to others tab like a wizard, for example:

What do you want to do?

• Upload an image from my desktop -> points and open the "UPLOAD" tab
• Insert a video from YouTube -> points and open the "WEB" tab
• Choose an already uploaded file -> points and open the "LIBRARY" tab

Please consider this.
