Hello,
I remember this working before, but on a new fresh install I'm work with now the default language is Japanese and my 2nd language in English with language prefix /en.
1) I visit www.example.com/admin/settings/email_confirm I enter the Japanese text.
2) Then I go into www.example.com/en/admin/settings/email_confirm and enter the English text.
3) When I go back to www.example.com/admin/settings/email_confirm the English text is shown instead of the original Japanese text.
How can I allow multi-language support for this module?
I am using the latest dev version.
Thank you

I tested and it will solve the problem you are facing.
