I'm not sure if this is a bug with Mime Mail or this module. I'm thinking it it this module as it started happening as soon as I installed/enabled this module

Every time I change the email address on my account the "Plaintext email only" setting that is added to the user account from the Mime Mail module is getting reset.

Nobody else has mentioned this so I guess it is a problem with mime mail?

Can you install a fresh site and try again and see if the problem happens again?
