Add addressee information to Email form

My particular application lists over 100 names, phones and emails in tabular format. For the email field, I'm using the Views option to display email forms.

All fine except when clicking on the email link, the resultant Email Contact Form does show who the email recipient is. Complaints have been heard that it's easy to select the wrong email link. Since the node includes name, would it be possible to add a line under the title that simply says something like?

"Complete this form to send an email to Smith, Jim."

This would confirm that you've selected the correct recipient in a long list of names.
