thePanz CreditAttribution: thePanz as a volunteer commentedIndexing the emails as full-text requires a proper Solr/Lucene analyzer to be setup and configured for such field, it would then depends on the specific configuration of the Solr Index.
I guess that indexing that field could be performed by using a "copy field" from Apache integration module configuration..
