Pagers are not showing in Front Page for anonymous users

Hi, thanks for creating a very nice theme. I love the them but having an issue right on the front page. The pager is not showing in the front page for anonymous users but it's shows on admin.

My drupal version 7.56
Php version is 5.4.40

Your help will be greatly appreciated.
