Drupal 8 has changed the way the module specific CSS and JS is added to the page, so this needs to be updated accordingly so that the Elastic Email css can be added to the page.

mike.davis CreditAttribution: mike.davis at Deeson commentedHaving read around about how to attach CSS and JS to a page there doesn't seem to be a clear way that this can be done in a contrib module as everywhere seems to assume you are building a theme.
There must be something that I am missing, but I can't seem to get the dashboard page to include my modules CSS file
