i am receiving a "The content access permissions need to be rebuilt. Please visit this page." error after enabling my ejournal module. after clicking on the link i am taken to an admin page with the following message

Are you sure you want to rebuild the permissions on site content?
This action rebuilds all permissions on site content, and may be a lengthy process. This action cannot be undone.
Rebuild permissions Cancel

i can't also find a link for ejournal at site configuration. i am afraid if i rebuild permissions it will break my site

Permissions are rebuilt by drupal automatically for certain actions so you should not be afraid of this operation (unless you were making *manual* changes into the drupal permission tables).

If you are afraid of this, then make a backup of your database and click on the permission rebuild only after that.
