Images inside a region with an aria label are not checked for alt text

Problem/Motivation

The base library ignores "[aria-label] img" by default.

Complex widgets can have aria-labels on the region around the image, e.g. slideshows.

Proposed resolution

Remove [aria-label] img and [aria-labelledby img] from the default ignore list.
